Problem With Loading Up PHBank

When I try to load up the bank, I get an error message like this:
Problem happened: 0x28
PHBank version: 020001b0
Can't start the viewer.
Press any key to exit
I'm running homebrew on an o3ds fw: 11.0. Is there a solution to this? I am still a noob at homebrew.
