not working on superwhisper

I don't want KV to register on superwhisper, just because it means I have to double-tap escape to close it (vs single tap). Added to off family, but kV still seems active

hmm. i tried and it works sometimes. superwhisper doesn't take focus, it only shows up, so if you don't click on it it's not frontmost 🤔️ other tools like Alfred that don't get an app menu still take the focus so you can still ignore. not sure how kV can do that (or any other tool actually) if superwhisper don't put themselves frontmost.
i guess you added the app in the Off Family right? if you click on superwhisper and escape it'll disappear. make it appear again and now it'll aways disappear when you press escape, until you click another app.

not sure if it's useful to you but there's a record hotkey in superwhisper to cancel.
contacted the dev to try to make them make their window frontmost. but see if the Settings above help.
