Describe the feature
When mentioning another user in github appears a popover with matchings. Would be really awesome if it could be implemented in gogs too, it would help find users to mention.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now we have to go to preview and verify if the user is correctly mentioned by clicking the generated link
