Motivation

We want build creation and submission to be automated, for reliability and simplicity. The most common way to accomplish this appears to be fastlane.

Plan of action

See #206, #217, #219.

Closing because the beta portion of this is complete, and the additional work to enable production uploads seems trivial in fastlane.
