talksapp: Feedback section may be misleading/out of date.

The index page at https://talks.godoc.org/ currently states:

1. Introduction

This site plays slide presentations and articles stored on GitHub in the
present format.

...

2. Feedback

Report bugs and request features using the GitHub Issue Tracker.

I believe that advice in Feedback section is misleading/out of date. It can be easily interpreted to say that this issue tracker is the place to report bugs and feature requests for the present format. But that's not, the Go issue tracker should be used for bugs/proposals for present.

This issue tracker is only for issues specific to https://godoc.org, https://talks.godoc.org/ and https://go-lint.appspot.com/ websites.

Perhaps the feedback section should be reworded. The source is in https://github.com/golang/gddo/blob/master/talksapp/assets/home.article file.
