Can you please provide Db2DatabaseType.java for Db2Driver to get the instance

I checked for DB2DatabaseType.java class in "https://github.com/goldmansachs/reladomo/tree/master/reladomogen/src/main/java/com/gs/fw/common/mithra/generator/databasetype" path. am able to see all the database types java classes, but not able to get the DB2DatabaseType.java.Is it possible to include that java class into this path.
