Do we have any plans to upgrade Java version support to one of the later LTS (11, 23, 25)?

To be clear, Reladomo should be fine on all those versions of Java, as well as Java 8.
If by "upgrade", you mean stop supporting Java 8 and only support some higher version, that would depend on whether the biggest users are ready for that.
