Create a cookbook section for creators

• A reference-based section, where we link certain aspects of a Golem (like creating Tasks, creating Services or GFTP) with an implementation example
• The focus should be on allowing people to see how certain aspect works together and how they are connected. Providing links to implementations allows people to have a single place they can reference when adding a new feature to their use case
