I couldn't get the znpcs to work either for that same build I had to remove it and install the newer version znpcsplus and it worked but I am having an issue with it not keeping my skins I loaded for them when i leave the server and come back they all look like Alex or Steve hope this helped a bit. I read somewhere that the guy that made znpcs dropped the project so a group picked it up and made znpcsplus I don't no for sure to the spgot page didn't go into details and it's weird because they both got new updates
