majora mask redux random numbers glich

i don't know if this is the right place to ask but i have a glich where three numbers appear on the left side of the screen that seam to change from room to room. i don't know if this is a bug or setting but is there a way to get rid of them?

Please run this rom with Parallel RDP or Angrylion RDP graphic plugins.
If these plugins have the same problem, it is most likely a rom's feature and you can't get rid of it.
