Make fixture grid generation asynchronous like score cards

I am having trouble generating PDFs on the FIT website, but only for the synchronous fixture grid.

Wrap this in a celery task, just like the score cards, and see if that helps.

Consider wrapping in a feature flag so I can enable/disable at will.
