xmanager/xm_local/storage/schema.sql is not present in the pypi package

A user said that the Pypi and GitHub packages differ in that some .sql files are missing, which are needed to setup the local experiments storage.

Apparently include_package_data was a bait. Fixed in fe553ad and released 0.1.2 on PyPI.
