Description of the feature request:
To allow full multimodal use in the Android SDK, we need support for fileData and/or have the ability to upload files using the File API as in Python/Go/NodeJS.
What problem are you trying to solve with this feature?
Send a prompt from Android SDK to Gemini including a long video.
