0.8.3 released on PyPi but not on github

Description of the bug:

I find it curious that currently, Pypi proposes v0.8.3 to download (https://pypi.org/project/google-generativeai/#history), but there is no such release on github.

Actual vs expected behavior:

I expect new releases to land on github before pypi

That went out a bit early. The rest of the release is going out this week.
