Using "*" in version speficiers is deprecated and breaks some installs

Perhaps these should be changed in setup.py

second this, on the lastest py3_11 and setuptools this fails the build

We'd be happy to take a pull request on this. (torchsde is only sort-of maintained at this point).

As an alternative, you could also try Diffrax.
