Use neuralGCM local output data as input gets error

Hi,
I’m using local neuralGCM output netcdf data to compute derived variables,such as vertical velocity. I’ve converted nc data to zarr file format, but running command line still gets error: inconsistent dimensions of time.

Do you have an easier way to use local data?
