This driver does not install on Windows 10 Home.

I tried some solutions from previous posts. I have Windows 10 Home 2004 x64. I have this problem on my laptop. AMD ryzen 5 3500u processor, 8gb. I had a similar problem on a desktop PC, but I turned on Hyper V and Virtualization and everything worked, but driver wasn't installed. Now on my laptop I write that any android is killed at startup. But android wear is starting up successfully. I enabled virtualization in the bios. . I tried to turn it off as well. It doesn't help. On laptop win10 Home.There's no Hyper-V.
After starting safe_install bat as administrator it's wrote

idk why, but emulator starts working without drivers
