Get an error while trying to install this hypervisor

Hey guys! I'm trying to install this hypervisor on my laptop with AMD Processor. But I get the following error you can see in the screenshot below (don't worry about those strange symbols, they mean something like "The service has not been started").

The Virtualization Technology in BIOS is turned on.
My laptop is powered by Windows 10 Home, so I don't care about Hyper-V, because I don't have it installed.
I've also tried to turn off Device/Credential Guard but I didn't find it in the Local Group Policy editor.
But I still get the same error. Do you know the solution?

UPD: Wait, I checked other issues and found out that creators of issues like mine are usually asked to send the output of "emulator-check.exe hyper-v". I've checked that out on my laptop, and it says that... I have Hyper-V enabled... But I have Windows 10 Home. Hyper-V is not included in that version. But, OK, I'll send it...

That's funny, but emulator somehow works even without the hypervisor, so I'm closing the issue

The emulator stopped working again, so I'm reopening the issue. I tried to install hypervisor, but I get the same error I've written about above. Maybe Windows Update breaks it, because the emulator was working fine before the update I installed today. But now I just get error "The process was killed" when trying to launch the emulator. Can anyone help?

I know this issue looks very funny, but emulator started to work AGAIN. I don't know what helped, maybe the reinstallation of Android Studio, but I'm not sure. So I'm closing the issue because I don't have any problems right now.
