Example resource file starts with JavaScript

It's confusing that the example resource file starts with arb.register("arb_ref_app, {", given that that ARB files are JSON-based and JavaScript shouldn't actually be a part of ARB resource files.

Please change the example to be representative of what actual ARB files look like, removing the JavaScript.

It's not only that, it's also the comments in the example, which are also not supported by JSON.

Is this project even maintained? There hasn't been any updates since 2014 - that's almost 10 years now!

Funny, this is the file format which is being used by Flutter and Angular as far as I know. It definitely should be supported...
