Battery capacity wrong data

I have a 3750mAh battery (on adb shell "dumpsys batteryproperties" I get full charge:4032000).
The Battery Historian tells me I have 2000mAh on 100%.
Any idea why?
Also, are the percents computed according to real battery or to Battery Historian stats (if I lost 1% - is that 20mAh or 37.5mAh)?
