Unused log4j property?

The log4jVersion value in grade.properties keeps getting updates, but it appears that it's no longer used. Given the recent need to audit log4j usage, removing this--if actually unused--could save time.
It was added in #483. Logging was refactored in #543. That logging framework was replaced in #628 after which it appears that log4j is no longer directly used by DTP. Some cleanup was done in #634 which removed the build step but not the property.
