Videos do not have upload times preserved after transfer

@wmorland @seehamrun First of all, I wanted to thank you for your work on the DTP! I've used it yesterday and it went seamlessly, even though I started it twice because I was impatient 😳
The transfer from Facebook to Google completed without a hitch. The problem came up when I went over to look at the photo stream, and saw that all the videos had today's date on them.
I've noticed that uploadedTime was added as a property to PhotoModel (#923) but no similar change happened to videos.
I believe that this uploadedTime be added to videos as well, both to achieve feature parity and also for a better user experience.
Let me know if there's an additional bug tracker I may need to file a bug on to help moving this along. Thank you!
