Bump docsy theme to latest version

When starting up the example site with huhugo v0.90.0-DEV, deprecation warnings are shown:
$ hugo serve
Start building sites …
hugo v0.90.0-DEV+extended windows/amd64 BuildDate=unknown

In order to get rid of these messages, docsy submodule should be bumped to its latest version.
