Hi, im trying to redirect to websites as "https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aguascalientes" but i cant add the "/Aguascalientes" how do i add "/"

Im refering this part to add the HTTPS and .com or .org but i cant add "/" or another dot

I use instead https://goo.gl/ sorry
