Existing spring version has the following vulnerability -
https://security.snyk.io/vuln/SNYK-JAVA-ORGSPRINGFRAMEWORK-3369852

We should migrate to the latest version to resolve this.

I believe this requires upgrading to Java 17+ similar to #155. Closing this one to track Spring version upgrade under one issue.
