Problem with the box-drawing characters in the Roboto Mono font on Windows 10

It seems like there is a problem with the box-drawing characters in Roboto Mono on Windows. They don't show up in the Far Manager on in the Bash on Windows (Linux subsystem for Windows) when using tmux or Midnight Commander.

Hi! This problem is still present. I'm trying to use Roboto Mono in Netbeans IDE, but it prints just a blank space.
Is there any way to know if someone is working on this? Thanks
