Unable to find valid certification path to requested target while running bazel test

I just cloned the project and tried to follow the workflow instruction to build and run a single test using the command below:
bazel test //sw/device/lib/dif:uart_unittest

However, it reported error after I executed it, shown as below

May I ask how I should resolve the problem.
