Hi,

  1. Can I get FPS more than 15 frames per second?
  2. What is the reason for this low FPS?
  3. Are there any clear instructions how to get FPS at least 25-30 frames per second?

would you tell us what device you test.It is probably the limit of your device

I think not, but ...
Philips S386 OS Android 7.
SoC
Cores: 4
Arch: 4x ARM Cortex-A7 @ 1,30 GHz
GPU Renderer: ARM Mali-400 MP
Device RAM: 2048 MB.
