Install instruction or note about the Debian/Ubuntu `apt` package

I was looking to reference how to install jsonnet for colleagues using linux and found an apt package for jsonnet that wasn't mentioned in the install instructions of this repo.
Is the apt packages trusted by this project? If so, it could be good to mention in the readme!

These are maintained by some ubuntu / debian folks. They're somewhat outdated. Multiple distros package jsonnet.
