When exporting a model from training pipeline, generate a readme with the support content type and other info

For now we generate the readme as part of the assets_generation scripts (see #658), and not as part of the model export. Ideally we keep model export as minimal as possible, and we generate whatever can be derived from that with some automation in this repo.
