How to implement device-orientation

I have created a tour with the Marzipano Tool. Now i would like to embed the device-orientation function. I already tried to copy code from the demo into my js and html files without success. Can anyone point me to the right direction?

The demo works properly, but it only works if you are testing it from an HTTPS site
