Add buttons to change effort estimates inline

It would be good to have something like plus and minus buttons for increasing and decreasing effort estimates, so you can change these in edit mode without opening the effort dialog.

Currently clicking anywhere on the objective opens the edit dialog, so this would require careful thought.
