FPS Issue in 2019 Santa Tracker in Snowball Storm

I had this issue last year as well but I seem to be having major FPS drops when playing Snowball Storm on the site. Here is a gif to better illustrate: https://gyazo.com/fc6e3c5058694ee88e88554183906614
My chrome CPU Usage also max's out to 100%. Keep in mind that I am running a 1050ti graphics card, i7 processor (2.2 ghz) and 16 GB of installed ram.
Any idea what the problem could be? (It cannot be Chrome plugins as it even happens in incognito mode.
