ErrorProne not returning any results in e2e test

When running the end to end test, we are getting calls for ErrorProne, but not actually getting any results.

There is a utility to inspect the kindex files in shipshape/util/kindex/kindex_printer

Also, kythe team suggests that since we only want the java extractor, and not the indexer as well, that we use the docker containers here: https://phabricator-dot-kythe-repo.appspot.com/D226
