Multi-ad and Responsive ads in the demo are not working. The ads are not displaying.

Thanks for the report @alanwong22! This is actually a configuration problem on the Ad Manager side, rather than an issue with the sample itself. I've made a change that should fix things and will close the issue once I've had a chance to verify all the other samples are still working correctly.
