Google IMA iOS SDK V3 - How to detect additional know more view occurence?

I updated latest Google IMA iOS SDK V 3.11.3 in iOS app. I saw one more view in the ad which was indicated in red color in attached screenshot.

Since my app was in kid section I need to add a custom view to enable parental lock. Is there any property to detect when this know more view will occur in ads, actually in some video ads it was not showing up. I verified release notes for V 3.11.1 (Added support for TrueView for Action ads. Is that know more view is a true view if yes then how could I detect it programatically. )
