I'm looking in Google/Ads/Common/Constants.pm. Is this supposed to match the current release version number (stated as v4.5.0)? Thanks.

That's very observant of you. It's not supposed to match the current release version. I only increase the version in that file if there has been a major change to the Common components e.g. the SOAP layer.
