SwiftUI app being reloaded when reward granted

Hello,
When a reward is granted after watching the ad, app reloads itself completely but not crashing.
I'm using the example SwiftUI code from:
https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-ios-examples
SDK version 10.0.0
Simulator iOS 16.2
