We need to make the bot ignore this repo and other repos that do not actually release stuff, just tag it on GitHub.

The bot logic is that some other bot should come, make an actual release (e.g. to npm, pypi, etc.) and remove the autorelease:tagged tag. This other bot does not come here, hence the issue about the "pending state" which does not apply to our use case.

@bcoe Is there any kind of ignore list for the bot that creates these issues?
