Document that Query's default_options is deprecated

#60 deprecated default_options for Query, but there's no mention of this being deprecated at https://googleapis.dev/python/python-ndb/latest/query.html#google.cloud.ndb.query.Query, which led to unnecessary reviewer confusion on google/osv.dev#1303
