Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'wait_for_passive_target' of null

Hi, I use ACR122U-A9 on Ubuntu. I tried to Read NDEF tag ,but It's doesn't work. It output like title's error. What should I do? Did anyone has the same issue?

This error means usbSCL3711 is "null".
Did you all have a look at https://developer.chrome.com/apps/app_usb#caveats section which lists why your device might not be recognizable?
