Windows 7 32bit issue

It seems like the API doesn't work on 32bit machines.
-Fresh W7 Pro 32bit OS.
-Latest Chrome version
-Replaced reader driver to libusb-win32 (v1.2.6.0)

Any ideas/work around on this?

Fixed. Just install the libusbK driver using zadig.
