Display list of commits before uploading code review

Currently the review is uploaded as soon as authenticated, but no preview is shown, so it may include commits you were not expecting.
It'd be good to have a preview and ask for a confirmation before creating the CR and issue, otherwise one needs to delete the issue and get rid of the local CR (as discussed on issue #51).
