Italic Cyrillic Grade widths and one contour

The Grade1 and Grade-1 Cyrillic widths do not match,
Zhe, Ze, Ka, dozens perhaps.
This will be completed when a script has checked the whole repertoire.
The Greek "kaisymbol" was a combination of kappa composed and a contour for the under-stroke.
This is corrected by me to only contours in the Default, in the Grade min and in the Grade max.
26 other masters are still to be corrected.
The Greek update is done. I will make the same correction to the Romans too.
I have already emailed that this is being done by me!

I will stop work on the italic, I was still checking the Latin... have not change Greek or Cyrillic. Make sure to sync before going on. I will pick it up to check and do Cyrillic.
Roman and Italic GRAD are now complete.
