Add the registered trademark sign

The registered trademark sign appears usually as superscript, but not in Open Sans. See https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Open+Sans?preview.text=test®&preview.text_type=custom
On the screenshot you can see the registered trademark sign in the input appearing as superscript, but not in the rendered version with the Open Sans font:
