The contents of Note are not displayed

Allmost all of Note are not displaying their contents.
It seems that Hugo's Shortcode is not working.

The only Install with Helm's Note display contents because it use {{< >}} instead of {{% %}}.

It seems to work by adding the following settings.
But I'm not familiar with Hugo, so I'm not sure if this will affect anything else.
