Android "am" "Pm" are not correct, missing dots

using HTML print the char "x33C2" & "x33D8"
Expected: to be displayed as defined in Unicode Chart
33C2 ㏂ SQUARE AM
≈ 0061 a 002E . 006D m 002E .
33D8 ㏘ SQUARE PM
≈ 0070 p 002E . 006D m 002E .

Actual: it displayed as am & pm

You are correct. The glyphs for these two characters are each missing two periods. Thank you for reporting this.

I have verified the issue is fixed in the new Android subsetted version of NotoSansSC-Regular.otf, delivered by Ken on Mar 2, 2016. I will leave this bug open for future fix in public version of Noto Sans CJK.
