Refdocs stuck at v3.4.0

When I visit the refdocs it shows v3.4.0
https://www.javadoc.io/doc/com.google.maps.android/android-maps-utils/latest/index.html

Currently we are at v3.6.0. I can choose v3.6.0 in the dropdown in the top menu bar, but it only shows v3.4.0. Do we need a docs workflow to automate updating the published docs? Or do we need to add a step to the release workflow?
