Genfabs producing steel items even when a different material is used

Description

General fabricators (and maybe other fabricators too i dunno) have been printing normal steel sheets even when i removed all other metals from them and put specifically soulsteel in them. The amount of soulsteel in the fab would go down with each sheet, but the sheet was/is still normal steel and remains normal steel when used to build things.

Steps to reproduce

1. Obtain soulsteel ingot(s) in some way
2. Put into general fabricator
3. Remove other metals or move soulsteel to the top of the material list
4. Manufacture metal sheets
5. The metal sheets that pop out are steel instead of soulsteel

Expected Behavior

I expected the general fabricator to output soulsteel sheets instead of metal sheets
