find: 'libatlas.so.3': No such file or directory

When trying to install on a raspberry pi 4 with buster I get find: 'libatlas.so.3': No such file or directory.
But libatlas is installed and libatlas.so.3 is on the system.
Can kaldi adapt lm not be installed on a raspberry pi with buster?
